As always the production is completely handicraft, each section and detail is made and tested in our labs. Each componing wood of the shaft is selected with care and entirely threaded inside in order to guarantee an extraordinary firmness and to last in time. The workmanship is so refined and meticulous that we calculate a production of the "3 and 4 Series" in four/five units per week.
Quality is our first objective in spite of the bad temptations to align to the always easier and less demanding mass productions. But of this we are proud. Making passion our vital lymph, we continue our pioneering search: the use of equalized poles, the research of materials for ferrules, the Biconica (continuously subject to imitations), the "GS" (push group), the study of the "special" parts and many other characteristics besides workmanship, as said only handicraft, these continuously bring to the production of unique pieces for 100% of our collection. As a matter of fact here there is a small part of the shafts already produced and sold that we are almost able to perfectly duplicate or transform according to your request.
The construction of each cue is targeted, from the first piece to the balancing of the components, to facilitate the adaption of the player and be able to find the appropriate harmony.

Balancing system with "single pole" used for 1,2,3 and 4 Series. It easily allows to define the weight and balancing of the cue unchanging the compactness and shooting directionality. |
 |
Balancing system "GS" with "double pole" used for the 3 and 4 Series. This balancing is the evolution of the more popular system (single pole); inserted in the Push Group at both ends it provides a natural balancing to the cue and also powers unknown shooting potentials. |
The cues supplied with equalized poles are with variable weight and balanceable with estreme facility. The cues with fixed weight are balanced proportionally to their construction or according to your request. The ferrules are examined and subordinated to testing before the insert phase of the threads which are compatible for each model; this means it is possible to assemble all types of existing ferrules on all the Series.
